These pages and photos are to share the beauty of our land south of Cheney, Washington. We are in process of creating a home on the land. Please feel free to ask questions or share your thoughts.

Here are the recent photos.

These photos are rather large so if you are on a slow feed please be patient.

1 installing cabinets

The kitchen area has the flooring down so it's ready for cabinet installation. Here Brad hangs an upper cabinet while Justin continues placing vinyl tile in the rest of the residence. This is our "Phase 1" in the initial 1/4 of the building. It's designed to be minimal to get moved in.

2 prepare counter top

Once the cabinets are installed the counter top is prepared and the sink is attached. Sink plumbing is easier to do when you can turn it over and work all around.

3 kitchen done

Here the kitchen is done with sink and range hood installed. Brass colored handles are on all the doors.

4 kitchen done

Here is another look at the finished kitchen area. Logan wants an island for more space. It will be a priority after the certificate of occupancy is obtained.

5 more floor

Justin has been laying vinyl floor tile across the living room. Only one square remains.

6 last floor tile

The last of the vinyl floor tile went down in the back corner of the bedrrom closet. It makes a really nice seamless floor throughout the living area.

7 living room

Here is a picture of the living room. We still have construction clutter around.

8 living room

Another living room picture. This one is from the NE corner of the room looking south.

9 lving room

Another living room picture. This one is from the NW corner of the room looking south.

10 the bathroom

We have a very spacious bathroom.
